The living room with kitchenette

The living room of the Villino del Grillo, with a typical Tuscan house ceiling, with bricks and wooden beams, thanks to the attention to detail, immediately makes guests feel at ease. The kitchen corner is equipped with a hob with extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer, sink, microwave oven, all sorts of dishes, coffee machines (moka and American), toaster, blender and juicer, iron and ironing board .

In the living room we also find a very comfortable sofa and a lovely fireplace, in front of which, on winter days, you can breathe an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, listening to the crackling of the wood, wrapped in the heat of the flames.

Recently a new flat screen TV with digital terrestrial and satellite receivers (HotBird and Astra) has been installed Obviously the premises are equipped with an independent heating system, of which the guests have complete management.

The room is also equipped with independent heat pump air conditioner, thanks to which guests can have maximum comfort even on the hottest days. 

The living room leads to a large outdoor terrace and to the garden for the exclusive use of guests.

The living room is equipped with a sensor for gas leaks, with an automatic locking system and smoke and CO2 detection sensors, as well as an emergency lamp.
