Confirmation of reservation:
The reservation is confirmed and guaranteed with payment of a
Confirmatory Deposit, by debit or pre-authorization on a credit card, or by
Bank Transfer to the coordinates that will be communicated at the appropriate
time. In case of no-show or cancellation after the terms indicated below, an
amount equal to the Confirmatory Deposit will be charged.
Confirmatory deposit:
Amount equal to 30% of the cost of the entire stay, with
pre-authorization on the credit card or payment by bank transfer whose data
will be sent with the booking confirmation, refundable in case of cancellation
within the terms indicated below.
Cancellation:
- No penalty for cancellations up to the 14th day before the date of
expected arrival, with a refund of any deposit paid;
- Debit on Credit Card of an amount equal to the Confirmatory Deposit or
non-repayment of the Deposit paid by bank transfer, in case of cancellation
after the 14th day from the date of expected arrival.
- Full booking fee charged in case of no show.
